• Website copy, page layouts, graphics, badges, icons, packaging concepts, and promotional language.

Unauthorized use of Stray Label intellectual property may violate copyright, trademark, unfair competition, and other applicable laws.

5. Trademarks and Brand Names

Stray Label, Pack Line names, logos, slogans, product names, and related brand identifiers may function as trademarks or service marks of RP-HITE INC, whether registered or unregistered.

Nothing on this website grants you any license or right to use any Stray Label name, logo, mark, slogan, product name, or brand asset without written permission.

6. Future Products and Ecommerce

The Stray Label shop is currently in development. Product previews, category names, sample product names, and coming-soon descriptions are subject to change.

When ecommerce becomes active, additional terms related to purchases, payments, shipping, returns, exchanges, taxes, product availability, and order processing may apply.

7. Giveback and Donation Language

Stray Label intends to donate 10% of every eligible sale to rescue organizations or rescue-related support once product sales begin.

Unless otherwise stated, the 10% giveback may be calculated based on product sales and may exclude taxes, shipping charges, discounts, refunds, chargebacks, processing fees, or other non-product amounts.

Rescue partners, donation recipients, timing, reporting methods, and impact updates may change as the brand grows. Stray Label is committed to keeping the giveback simple, visible, and purpose-driven.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to use this website for unlawful, harmful, abusive, fraudulent, misleading, or disruptive purposes.
