2. About Stray Label
Stray Label is a dog-and-human lifestyle brand inspired by rescue dogs, pack identity, personal style, and giving back to rescue organizations. Stray Label is a brand operated by RP-HITE INC.
3. Intellectual Property and Copyright Protection
All content on this website, including the Stray Label name, logos, artwork, graphics, photographs, dog images, product names, Pack Line names, slogans, written copy, page layouts, designs, icons, and brand assets, is owned by or licensed to RP-HITE INC unless otherwise stated.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, publish, scrape, download, upload, transmit, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any Stray Label content without prior written permission from RP-HITE INC.
4. Future Products and Ecommerce
The Stray Label shop is currently in development. Product previews, category names, sample product names, and coming-soon descriptions are subject to change.
5. Giveback and Donation Language
Stray Label intends to donate 10% of every eligible sale to rescue organizations or rescue-related support once product sales begin. Unless otherwise stated, the 10% giveback may exclude taxes, shipping, discounts, refunds, chargebacks, processing fees, or non-product amounts.
6. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
This website is provided on an “as is” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stray Label and RP-HITE INC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from use of this website.
